How can I download attachments from the "Attachment Download Site" using a "Microsoft account"?

This procedure works if your email address is a Microsoft account.

You can download the attached file if the attached file is published to the login e-mail address.

Go to the attachment download site sent by the sender.
Click "Login with Microsoft Account" on the attachment download site.
Enter your email address and click "Next".
When the following warning screens are displayed, please click "consent".
Enter your password and click "Sign in".
If you see "Keep me signed in" like the one below, select it arbitrarily.
