One-time passwords are issued from our facilities.
Please check the following information and set up your e-mail settings so that you can receive the e-mail.
If for some reason you refuse to receive the OTP for some reason, the delivery of the OTP may be prevented by our facilities.
If you still do not receive the one-time password after performing the following operations, please contact our Support Center from the sender.
1.Is it being sorted into your junk mail box?
Depending on your e-mail service or provider, your e-mail may be sorted into your "junk mail box" as spam.
Please check your "junk mail box" and make sure that you are not receiving any e-mails.
Please contact your e-mail service provider or e-mail service provider for information on how to cancel your spam mail settings.
2.Have you set up a domain name to receive our messages?
If you have set up your e-mail service to receive e-mails by specifying a domain, please set up your e-mail service to receive e-mails from "@guardianwall.jp".
3.Are you trying to receive the message using a mobile carrier email address?
Depending on your mobile carrier, you may not receive the one-time password.
If you set up the above settings, please also set up "domain-specified receiving" etc. so that you can receive e-mails from "@guardianwall.jp".
4.Are you using POP3 as your mail receiving method?
When POP3 is used as the mail receiving method, new mail is received from the mailbox at regular intervals.
If the interval is longer than 10 minutes, it may appear as if the one-time password has expired.
In general, mailers that can use POP3 can receive manually.
After issuing a one-time password, please make sure to manually receive the e-mail within the one-time password validity period.
