When performing social authentication with a Microsoft account at the attachment download site, the following "Need admin approval" may appear.

We have confirmed that the above message is displayed when "User Consent for Applications" is not allowed by the Microsoft 365 administrator.
Please contact your Microsoft 365 administrator for assistance, or if you are in a hurry, please authenticate with a one-time password and log in to the attachment download site.
