1.What you can do on the "Attachment Download Site"
In this service, for the enhancement of information security, attached files are kept from senders and sent to recipients after being converted into download links.
Attachment files received from senders can be downloaded at the attachment download site.
The sender will be asked to authenticate (one-time password / social authentication) with the "recipient's e-mail address" and then download the attached file.
The file can be downloaded if it has been made "public" to the "recipient's e-mail address" by the sender.
2.How to login to the "Attachment Download Site"
You can login to the download site by authenticating with the "recipient's e-mail address".
Please login using any of the following three login methods.
If the recipient has a Microsoft account/Google account with their email address, they can login without a password by using social authentication.
If you do not have either account, please login using a one-time password.
※When logging in, email addresses are case sensitive. Please enter your email address exactly as it appears in the email you received.
※If you received an e-mail via the mailing list, please try login with your "recipient's personal e-mail address" first.
If you cannot issue a one-time password with your "recipient's personal e-mail address" or if you get a "File not found" error in social authentication, please try login by issuing a one-time password with the "mailing list".
